The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a test of English Language proficiency for non-native English speakers. IELTS is conducted by two institutions namely, the British Council, IDP IELTS (Australia) and authored by University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations (Cambridge ESOL).

The test scores are quite an important criteria for getting admission in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canadian colleges and universities. Nowadays, American universities too have started accepting IELTS scores. If you have scored well in IELTS then half the battle is won, as this test is the first step forward for those seeking to study or work in a foreign land.

Pre-Depature Briefing

We feel this is one of the most important sessions in the whole process.  This is a great opportunity for student to know about their new destination, new culture they are going to face, about the institution they are enrolling for.  This session will also make them aware of Do’s and Don’ts while they settle themselves in a totally a new environment. This not only allows the students to get more confident but also to adjust better in the institution and hence perform better in the program of study.

The Pre-Departure Orientation is an important step in ensuring a successful experience in overseas education program. It gives students an opportunity to understand many realities of future life. Student gets details about their study destinations, life there and expectations they have in mind. Other important things they get information about are travel, logistics, health and safety issues, lodging and meals, standards of conduct, travel insurance and more. Students also get an opportunity to ask questions and clarify any concerns they may have about their future in foreign land.
